This Privacy Policy explains how joshpartist.com (the "Site"), operated by Josh.P / SwMusic (the "Operator"), handles information when you visit the Site.
1. What we collect
The Site is a static presentation page. It does not offer user accounts, registration, forms, comments, or checkout, and it does not ask you to submit personal information through the Site itself.
In practice, the only information involved is:
- Basic technical and server logs. Like almost every website, the hosting and delivery infrastructure that serves the Site may automatically record basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and date and time of access — for security, operation, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Data collected by embedded third-party players. The Site embeds players from third-party platforms, in particular Spotify and YouTube. When those embeds load or when you interact with them (for example, by pressing play), those platforms may collect data and set cookies under their own privacy policies, which the Operator does not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Spotify and YouTube for details.
- Information you send us by email. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message (see Section 2).
2. Email contact
If you write to us at the addresses published on the Site, we use your email address and message only to read and reply to your inquiry and to manage the matter you contacted us about (for example, press, booking, or support). We do not add you to marketing lists based on an email you send us, and we keep the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
3. Cookies
- Our own cookies: The Site does not set advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies of its own. Any strictly technical cookies or similar technologies used by the hosting infrastructure are limited to what is necessary for the Site to function and be delivered securely.
- Third-party cookies: Embedded third-party players (such as Spotify and YouTube) may set their own cookies when they load or when you interact with them, in accordance with their own policies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that doing so may affect how the embedded players work.
4. We do not sell personal data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or a valid legal process, or as part of the basic technical operation of the Site (for example, by the hosting provider that delivers it).
5. Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — such as requesting access to it, correction, or deletion. Because the Site itself collects very little information (essentially, the emails you send us and basic technical logs), most requests will relate to correspondence you have sent us.
